Abstract

This article tries to discuss trends in legalizing same-sex marriage and tries to provide information about the attitude of the church. Nowadays society tends to choose a free attitude to marry with the same sex, looks more acceptable with agreements with governments in many developed countries. This concept has been challenged by the Indonesian state. Even so, this influence can still be found in some parties who legalize this LGBT model marriage into the church, though it is not currently being carried out openly.
